Adding Text To Your Pages
  1. In the Kompozer window, click to place the insertion point on the page, and start typing.

You can also add horizontal lines to divide the space on your page.

  1. Click the location in the Composer window where you want to insert the line.
  2. Under the Insert menu, select Horizontal Line.

  3. Double click the line to change its size or style. The Horizontal Line Info dialog box will appear.

  4. Choose from the following options (many of these dialog boxes work much the same way):
    • Change the height or width of the line by typing a number in the appropriate text box. Width can be expressed in either % (percent of the window) or pixels (the dots that make up pictures on the computer monitor).
    • Turn 3-D Shading on or off by selecting or deselecting the checkbox.
    • Change the alignment (left, right, or center) of the line by clicking a radio button in the Alignment area of the dialog box.
When you're done, click OK to close the Horizontal Line Info dialog box and return to the Composer window.
